摘要: The geometric structure, electronic structure, and the formation energy of impurities of Sb-doped ZnO with wurtzite structures have been investigated using a first-principles ultra-soft pseudo-potendal approach of the plane wave based upon the Density Functional Theory(DFT). The calculated results Indicate that the volume of ZnO doped with sb add up, and the sb substitutional system of ZnO yields the lowest the formation energy of impurities. Furthermore, Sb dopant occupy the octahedral sites of wurtzte lattice behaves as a deep acceptor and shows p type degenerate semiconductor character. In addition, the DOS moves towards lower energy and the optical band gap is broadened. It Is also found that our results are in good agreement with other experimental results. the calculated results also enables more precise monitoring and controlling during the growth of ZnO p-type materials as possible.

摘要: In order to meet the needs of recognizing the targets under the moving space background by micro spacecraft target detector (MTD). According to the particular characters of the spatial background, this paper proposes an algorithm which combines the image centroid registration with the single difference method, named the Centroid Registration Difference Algorithm. In this algorithm, we labeled only the available bright sign spots and has distilled its centroid in two frames, and then used the image centroid registration to compare the two images and eliminated the same light spots between them, then the remaining bright spots in the present image were our targets. The simulation results indicate that the proposed algorithm has a low computational cost and the effect of the recognition is good.

摘要: Traditional Hough transform can not locate the accurate position of line segments. It is too complex in practical liner target detection based on improved Radon. Both transforms is used associated in this paper in order to recognize the attitude of multi-targets as line segments accurately with an acceptable complexity in calculation. A new method called fast approaching algorithm using changing pace nonius length is also presented to determine the scale of targets quickly. Self-adaptive precision is also used in the processing.

摘要: High power semiconductor laser arrays have found increased applications in pumping of solid state laser systems for industrial, military and medical applications as well as direct material processing applications such as welding, cutting, and surface treatment. Semiconductor laser array products are required to have narrow spectral width for applications. Increasing the spectral accuracy by reducing the spectral width of the pump diode enables the laser system designer to improve the laser system compactness, efficiency, power, and beam quality while at the same time reducing thermal management cost in the system. Spectral width is one of the key specifications of laser array products and it is very important to improve the spectral performance to improve production yield, reduce cost and gain competitiveness. In this paper, we study the mechanisms of spectral broadening in high power semiconductor laser arrays.

摘要: After concluding the application of under-water optics, the development of under-water laser imaging technology is reviewed. The main types of laser imaging technology are introduced, such as laser scanning imaging, distance selected imaging, and three-dimensional technology. The respective imaging principle, characteristics and update status are presented. Further-more, the newest detecting technology, such as fiber optic hydrophone, under-water holograph and under-water spectrum detecting technology are described in detail. The recent researching status and new application are included.

摘要: Large Aperture Static interference Imaging Spectrometer (abbreviated LASIS) is a pushbroom-type Fourier transform imaging spectrometer, which works in same way with Time Delay Integrate (TDI) camera. The spectrum of target can be recovered from its interferogram. However, for acquired the more interferogram, the target needs to come across the entire field of LASIS. The interferogram of target come from the row image sequence. The raw images should translate one pixel per image in pushbroom direction between the joined raw images while no translations occur in the ortho-direction. For flat attitude jitter, the translations occur in both directions and translation in pushbroom more or less one pixel. So the disordered interferogram was acquired and the final data cube was distorted in both space domain and spectrum domain. Our problem is found jitter direction and value base on the raw image sequence and to correct the interferogram. A Fourier-based image registration algorithm was employed to find translation in two directions between joined raw images. However the raw image of LASIS is a special image. which is two spatial dimension data modulated by information of interferogram in field of pushbroom. The registration precision was degraded greatly by interference pattern in the raw image. So we set a compound mask in the frequency domain to eliminate influence of this interference pattern and aliasing. Furthermore, the function of sub-window power was defined to claim that which sub-windows can achieve higher registration precision. As result, we have derived a Fourier-based algorithm for performing image-to-image registration which was based on Mathlab language. The simulation presented here show that the error of new algorithm less than 0.01 pixels while translation less than 3 pixels. After process of image registration, the spectrum which recovered from LASIS was acquired from corrected interferogram. At last, the spectrum which recovered from LASIS is well fit to original spectrum.

摘要: It is a key problem of measuring warp making use of collimated laser how to accurately calculate laser beam's center. A new method, named double geometrical center method, is put forward. In this method, plane wave perpendicularly irradiates an aperture stop, and a charge couple device (CCD) is employed to receive diffraction-beam spots, then the geometrical centers of the first and second diffraction-beam spots are working-out respectively, and their mean value is regarded as the center of datum beam. In face of such adverse instances as intensity fluctuations of the laser beam spots, part of the image being saturated, this method can still work well. What's more, this method can detect whether an unacceptable error is exits in the courses of image receiving, processing and calculating. Experimental results indicate this method can remarkably improve the measurement accuracy.

摘要: Personal health status is becoming a matter of concern while pressure of work growing gradually in everyday life, in the meantime, the ageing population needs more attention. Thanks to many challenging problems of Wireless Sensor Networks (WSNs) solved, exploring work of human body monitoring based on WSNs achieved great progress, we called it wireless Body Sensor Networks(BSNs). In this paper, we propose a novel health-monitoring system based on BSNs; we named it SENS-U. It consists of wireless multi parameters monitoring terminals and two medical care centers; with human body, they form a remote human in loop 4 vital signs and ECG monitoring system.

摘要: In this paper, we analyze the performance of 2-level pulse amplitude modulation and analogue pulse width modulation (PWAM) system based on self-error-correction code. The system performance is evaluated by considering the signal to noise ratio (SNR) of 50dB for analogue signal transmission and bit error rate (BER) of 10-9 for digital signal transmission as a lower bound. The receiver sensitivity of PWAM system is analyzed. Computer simulations show that the receiver sensitivity of PWAM system with self-error-correction code can get 1.1 dBm improvement without complexity.

摘要: Because of high bandwidth efficiency and low complexity, channel estimation based on superimposed training (ST) has received wide considerations in recent years. In this paper we first analysis the ST method in frequency domain analysis. Then a new iterative method for channel estimation is proposed based on the ST method. Received sequences and estimation of channel state information are used to do iterative computing in receiver. Computer simulations show that mean square error (MSE) and bit error rate (BER) improvements can be observed after 3-4 iterations.

摘要: Many materials of interest to the forensic and security services, such as explosives, drugs and biological agents, exhibit characteristic spectral features in the terahertz (THz) frequency range. These spectral features originate from inter-molecular interactions, involving collective motions of molecules. Broadband THz time-domain spectroscopy (THz-TDS) system have been used to analyze a number of drugs-of-abuse and explosives that are of interest to the forensic and security services. These samples ranged from crystalline powders, pressed into pellets, to thin sheets of plastic explosives, and all being measured in transmission geometry in the frequency range 0.1 - 8 THz. To well understand the nature of the observed spectral features and the effects of thermal broadening on these far-infrared signatures, temperature-dependent THz-TDS measurements have also been performed at temperatures as low as 4 K, especially for two types of cocaine. Well-resolved low-frequency absorption peaks were observed in the frequency range 0.1-3 THz with high resolution. Some of absorption peaks were found clearly to become more intense and shift to higher frequencies as the temperature was reduced. The results confirm that the low-frequency collective modes are highly sensitive to the structural and spatial arrangement of molecules. Furthermore, a number of common postal packaging materials made from paper, cardboard, even several types of plastic, have been tested with drug sample to assess the ability of THz-TDS in a hostile detection environment.
